Bramble Baking Co. is a pop-up bakery and custom cake design studio based in Baltimore, MD.
Bramble operates out of a shared commercial kitchen, and is available for tastings and special orders by appointment only.
Though the project is constantly evolving, a commitment to crafting flavor-forward treats with local, organic, and high-quality ingredients remains constant. Nontraditional flavor combinations change frequently to celebrate the seasons, so you can be sure you are receiving the freshest pie or cake. Each pie crust is rolled and sculpted by hand, and our buttercream cakes are decorated with herbs, naturally-dyed sprinkles, handmade candies, and/or fresh edible flowers grown by farmers in the Baltimore-area.
